I am sorry that you found the room too big! I am a little confused with the balance of the review and query whether you are confusing it with another venue. The social area only has a roof and we don't have a gym. The rooms all have an ensuite bathroom so you would only be sharing it with occupants of your room.

I am sorry that the reception being closed prior to 2pm inconvenienced you and that you were not warmly welcomed. We need time to service the rooms after checkout and at times I need to go to town for supplies and it may just have been one of those days!

Yes, some of our rooms are pet friendly so we do need to know when you book. I am glad you appreciated the hospitality. We get lots of visitors using us as a half way point from the north to the south. Thanks for the review.

We have had several weeks of very hot weather and the nights have been warm. The air cons are checked regularly and hopefully it was on the correct setting. There are numerous pillows in the room of different density - I am sorry that you found yours uncomfortable. There have been issues with the wifi and we are working on it. There is telstra service and guests are always able to use our phone to make contact. I am pleased you found the room clean and the venue quiet and the parking good. It does pay to book directly. I apologise for your experience and not quite sure how it happened as there is an intercom on the office door which makes contact with the owner at all times.

So pleased you found the rooms comfortable.. They are not new but they are clean and there is plenty of space. Great for sitting outdoors and watching the kangaroos and birds. Thanks for your review and we will welcome you back on your next visit.

The rooms are spacious and plenty of room for a large family and we welcome couples and singles as well. All rooms are self contained with a barbecue at the back of each block of units.
