“We stayed in the executive level so had access to the executive lounge. Which was nice but quite small. The bathrooms were a little old. Some staff were excellent, some not quite so keen to help. Very good breakfasts! The Hilton is quite a big and busy hotel but very well located ”

“Double rooms are very small and boxy , lighting is very dim. Aircon positioned on top of the bed and filter wasn’t clean so I got a cold. The staff are friendly although upon checking in very unresponsive was dragging suitcases myself through the double doors after asking for help severally. Location is great and breakfast is lovely. ”

“The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night. I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this...
