It was a great for the price hotel. I needed a night between traveling. The shared bathrooms and showers were clean. The room was small also clean and easy to use. The windows opened to cool the room and let fresh air in.

This hotel was located 2 minutes walk from the Central station. There are some shops and a few restaurants around in the area. Very walkable City. The hotel room had two beds, very small bathroom two chairs two tables however the layout felt a bit weird. The reception area did not explain that we can leave the luggage locked with them for free instead of trying to put them in a small locker. Perhaps that was meant for small valuable things that they did not say.

Great location. Staff did a good job. Very close to the train station and not far from the metro. Close to Tivoli Gardens. Room clean but shower was small. Also no A/C nor a refrigerator. Elevator is a plus.

It probably was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was adequate. It provided just what I needed for overnight stay before a cruise. Very minimalistic decor, decor small private bathroom and a twin bed. It is close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The train station isn't very far although I didn't use it. The main thing I did not like was that there was no handicapped accessibility. There was no ramp at the entrance, just stairs, which made it difficult for me to maneuver my luggage by myself. The breakfast definitely isn't worth paying extra for there is a 7/11 on the corner that has numerous choices and is very good. I would recommend it, especially if you have nomobility issues.

It was not apparent on Expedia when booking the room that there would be shared bathroom facilities. We would not have booked this hotel if we had known this to be the case. On arrival we had to be moved from a room on the first floor because it smelled badly of damp. The alternate room on the 5th floor was better although the room was tatty. Damaged sink unit. Tap not secure. Broken slats on the bottom of the clothes rail. Under sheets on the bed were stained. One of the two shared bathrooms had mould by the window and broken wash dispenser. Staff were friendly. The location is very good as a base - Copenhagen is easily walkable. On arrival at the station it was less than two minutes walk to the hotel and the train journey from the airport was only 15 minutes. Communal areas of the hotel were fine. Did not try try breakfast which is meant to be good.
