Great location. Nice size rooms (2 queen beds). Quiet. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff was all very friendly and efficient. The only issue was that we had to wait about 20 minutes when checking in because the guest at the head of the line was asking numerous questions that could have been addressed elsewhere, and there was only one desk clerk and he was too polite to tell the first in line guest to come back later.

rooms were great and very clean and functional . The staff were very helpful. the location was great , quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but an easy walk to get there. The river front was beautiful.

The location was great. The USB ports didn’t work and the outlets for charging next to the bed were buckled by the nightstands. There was only one robe and slippers in a king size bed room and the robe had seen better days. The slippers fell apart almost immediately.

Great staff, large elegant rooms, and a super-convenient. This Marriott is right on a waterfront and only a half mile to Tivoli and the main Copenhagen train station. The concierge people were very helpful. The breakfast buffet is a bit expensive but quite extensive and worth every penny.

Everything was as you would hope and expect. The location on the water is delightful. Food and service were great. It was difficult getting a taxis as there was a lot of confusion between, hired cars and taxi’s with no one from the hotel “directing traffic” but otherwise no complaints

Our stay at Copenhagen Marriott was great, with only a couple negatives, but nothing much to complain about. The first negative was that we were advised at check-in of a 10% discount on breakfast and dinner due to being a Bonvoy member, (we didn’t purchase at booking). However, it wasn’t honoured at checkout, we were now advised it was for Buffett à la carte, which essential is what the breakfast is. Dissatisfied. Secondly, on one of the days when our room were being cleaned by housekeeping, they didn’t not removed the dirty cups and glasses used, they also didn’t replaced the coffees, teas and water in the room. Apart from what was said above, we had an awesome stay and would stay here again. The location was ideal, the restaurant had great food and most staff were friendly and helpful.
