Great location, staff, and accommodations. No A/C but wasn't needed during our stay. One elevator is small and limits the use by 2 people with luggage.

Lovely hotel directly in the canal district. Room was small and somewhat basic, but likely that is the norm for that area. Lobby, facilities, and staff were great! And being right in the middle of Nyhavn was dreamy.

This a GREAT hotel. The location a perfect and the entire staff is terrific. They will help you with anything. We stayed in a Superior Double with a Canal View and it was superb. The room was large and the views were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel but you better book early, especially if the high season.
