Fin service og venlige folk, men virkelig dÄrlig oplevelse med larm der vÊkkede os begge dage 6:20 - larmen lÞd som banken fra rÞrene i bygningen. Vi fik nyt vÊrelse hvor problemet var det samme. Fik en gratis drink, ellers ingen kompensation. Jeg hÄber at det blot er start-vanskeligheder for et ellers fint hotel.

Slidt vÊrelse - og hotel i det hele taget. Meget lille vÊrelse i forhold til prisen - og i det hele taget dÄrlig value for money. 25-35% for dyrt i forhold til niveauet. Eneste lyspunkt var en lÊkker morgenmad.

exquisite boutique hotel

Our room was small, and because it overlooked the main road, it was extremely noisy. The room was also very stuffy. This, too, made sleeping difficult.The courtyard was pleasant, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Close to Metro station and shopping of all sorts--very convenient. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. This is a restful place to stay, if pricey (like all of downtown Copenhagen).
