An very well located property very close to many excellent restaurants and attractions. We stayed in a large deluxe room which was the perfect size for our three day stay. Very comfortable accommodations, excellent, professional staff, coupled with a beautiful and well maintained building made for a perfect stay in Copenhagen!
The staff was very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well equipped. We had a medium room which was well worth the little extra money. We also had breakfast included and it was better quality than the cruise ship we had just gotten off of; again worth the little extra money. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.
A really lovely hotel with a very good restaurant and very helpful staff, in a relatively quiet but well connected location. My only two quibbles are that you can’t get decaf coffee (seems a common problem in Denmark, but why?) and the soft fluffy pillows offer no neck support whatsoever.
It was so pleasant, clean and well thought out.
Checked in and out with ease.
Comfortable room.
Delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. And great location.
Loved it.
This hotel was perfect stay for my trip.
Very close from nyhavn area, so it was comfortable walking around/coming back at night time.
If you need towel for sunbathing, you can just take the towel with you and exchange at the lobby.
Will come back again!
We have stayed here a few times and love the location, close to most things. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back.
We loved this hotel. It is so warm and inviting. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you would need. Great location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend any friends visiting Copenhagen to as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Copenhagen.
Hotel had a very convenient location. Lots of food/drink options at the hotel itself and myriad more writhing a short walk. The staff was very helpful and the luggage storage allowed us to go from our overnight flights to stashing our bags and wandering the town for several hours until the room was available (which happened about an hour before the promised 4pm time).
Regrettably only had one evening in Copenhagen but if returning, would love to stay again and spend several days exploring the beautiful neighborhood.
The gentleman manning the bar, didn’t catch his name was friendly and accommodating. The man at the front desk when we checked in was also friendly, helpful and very thorough when describing amenities offered. This place is quite the gem. Being just off the main drag of eateries and traffic, it is the perfect location. Lovely appointments, clean and good sized for a European room (as opposed to American sizes).
