We had the most amazing 5 day stay! The desk staff kindly changed our room so we could have a canal view as we were staying longer than 2/3 nights. The hotel is ok. Well situated and clean. It was very hot and air conditioning seemed to not be working. Also zero bottled water in the room. The save unecessary cleaning mantra was weird as I felt it is an expectation to have room cleaned-I’m on vacation I don’t want to clean myself. Lack of towels which were flimsy anyway.The pull out bed was not made up and blankets and a pillow for our son never arrived-we were registered as 3 people. Our friends had an extra blanket and pillow so we got that from them.

Our stay there was wonderful. We experienced a travel issue and Andre and Nihad at the front desk were not only extremely helpful but probably some of the kindest people I have ever met. They helped to turn a difficult situation into a much more relaxed experience and I am forever grateful! Everyone we interacted with was also lovely. Would highly recommend staying here!
