Beautiful hotel..great staff but was ket down by antiquated iron in the room.. no tea coffee or water in the room.. also the shower and sink totally blocked causing flooding and no phone in room to call reception... could do much better in the smaller things that make a huge difference

The staff was great. The rooms are a little small but it’s for a quick convenient stay. I encountered an employee that was able to upgrade me to another larger room free of charge. I would recommend this place for accommodations in Denmark

This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. But this time I experienced some very bad wifi - tv connection. I was in room 707, which is a great room. But I had some real issues with connection. And someone had an accident in the pool, which meant it couldn’t be used. But that is not the hotels fault ...
