"Booked this room for $30 more than the going rate for a 2 star hotel because of the money shot the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was COLD non functional and pool was cloudy and dirty. It didn't feel sanitary to get in. Called for shuttle from airport and was told the van driver was at lunch at 1:30 and couldn't pick me up for at least 30 minutes. Frustrating. Shuttle only runs once an hour on the hour even though the driver sits in the van parked outside the hotel the whole time and it's a 7 min drive between the airport and hotel. Huh?? Had to change rooms because the room was hot and the old a/c wall unit though turned on wouldn't cool. Fan just blew hot air. Changed rooms and new room had working newer unit. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was really good. The pool area would be nice if maintained. Disappointed. Wish I would have saved the money."
