“Water almost killed me”

“If you want a cheap stay, this is your place. The bathroom sink water didn't drain. The shower had mold, and the drywall was falling down. AC smelled like old towels”

“I like the young girl receptionist with blonde hair. She is very professional and kind”

“Saskia and Marc we're outstanding and ensuring that I had the most pleasing and comfortable stay while visiting their hotel the rooms were amazing the food outstanding and just their overall hospitality made that place somewhere where I would definitely go back to”

“Beautiful place, fantastic location, excellent service, and spotless housekeeping. Everything was absolutely wonderful!!!!!”

“Muy bueno!!”

“I will be back.”

“The staff were amazing however the facility could use some improvement to say the least!! The fan in the room squeaked and the TV quit working two days into my stay, very irritating. I think the price was fair so I guess you get what you pay for.”

“En servicio al cliente son mil de mil, la propiedad está bien hermosa e higiénica y después que se termine de remodelar va estar mil de mil”

“Staff is friendly and condos are clean and comfortable.”

“The only complaint I have is that every time I stay there they are under construction. The rooms are great and so is the staff. But when you advertise free breakfast there needs to be a kitchen that is operable . In the past 3 years I have yet to receive that breakfast. Other than that the place is in a perfect location. The showers have plenty of hot water and pressure. The beds are comfortable. It’s a very nice place”

“Everybody was extremely nice and helpful from the first to the bartender even the owner showed up to make sure I knew how to unlock and lock the door keypad.”

“Ok so first off i would never stay here again ! I have been traveling to sosua for almost ten years So my experience would say that the property is nice The beach on site was the best part , now let’s get down to the real facts The check in was cool, but then i was upset soon as i get in the 3 bedroom which is advertised as a “luxury penthouse”, def not that No tv in each room which was a total turn off actually no tv in no bedrooms , no toilet paper to wipe my rear end , no dish...

“Clean room staff is on the site ”
