Barbara really nice and said would store luggage on arrival, the room was actually available and given to us at 10.30 am on arrival Only had one night as had been staying in another hotel in Lucca. Room was quiet, clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was good Stored luggage until our departure later in day. "

"Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away. "

"Well maintained facility. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff nice and friendly. Rooftop with 2 jacuzzi’s very nice. Truly an apartment setting with all necessary equipment. Also plenty of places to eat near by. Loved the pizza place they recommended. Quite and easy to come and go. Close to train station. Our room 205 was huge. The beach is close but very busy. "

"There wereno pla es to oark and I have a disability. No one to help with luggage. Had to park 2 blocks away.The room ,decor, and paint in the room looked like original . No shampoo or soap in the BR. After I got my luggage to the first floor which would be our 2nd they locked off the lift to the first floor. My room had a small veranda but the door was looked and not accessible probably because broken window out there. The air conditioning was wonderful. I moved to a new place the next day."

"The hotel was above expectations. Exceptional staff on Reception and in the Breakfast Room. The bedroom was superb with the en-suite having extra additions such as the make up mirror. The location is excellent as situated ten minutes from the railway station and five minutes to the walled city. Thank you for a great stay. "
