we would like to thank you for your
comments shared.
I am truly sorry to read your words of
dissatisfaction with regards to your stay.
Of course our primary aim is for our
Guests to depart from our Hotel after
having an enjoyable and fulfilling holiday.
We accept that this cannot always be
accomplished, but, we are committed to
our goal for satisfied and relaxed Guests.
Since we always take seriously all of the
written reviews, we already know which
‘areas’ of our facilities and services package
do not please and fail to live up to our guests expectations and, we will do our best to
improve anything needed.
After stating these, I would kindly like to
reply on some of the issues you refer to,
such as: the area of the breakfast being
"disarming & disorganized" , for only 20 Guests,
if I understood correctly.
Yes, I agree that our main breakfast area
can serve about 45 people, at a single time,
and, in addition to that, there is an area
below breakfast, our lounge area &
outside, the veranda area,which can serve
more than 60 people at a single time so,
it is incorrect the number you mentioned.
Also, about the matresses, which, as a topic,
can lead to a huge discussion, it is always
a personal matter, depending on each individual's
preferences, that is why on many other Guest comments, you will see approximately 50%
of people prefer a firm bed, and about
the same number prefer a softer bed.
If you had informed the Reception Desk,
and, clarify to us, what was the problem,
we could have adjust it accordingly
with a topper matress.
Last, about the cleaning, since you had
a red card on the door, the maids could't
properly perform their daily tasks.
