“Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean...

Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking...

“Love the updated rooms modern with nice bathrooms towels and washcloths looks new but the problem I had was I saw roaches this is not the first time I told management on a previous trip so housekeeping sprayed this time they came to my room and saw for themselves so in my opinion they need to exterminate ”

“It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! ”

“Ocean Coral Spring and Ocean Eden Bay are both literally perfect, from the customer service, the food, the facilities, the amenties, the rooms and everything that this property has to offer is truly 10/10 all across the board! I will definitely be returning very soon as I feel like over the 14 days me and my wife stayed there it felt more and more like home as the days went by. We simply didn't want to leave. Our experience was surely one for the books and I'll forever recommend this hotel...
