“Bug inside, big space between the wall and the door, no phone to the front, no lobby, no shampoo, no soap, no box of tissue. Cleaning was terrible, bed condition was terrible, too. No elevatorand no bottle of water. I have taken pictures of the bug and other dirty stuff.
