"We arrived nearly two hours after check-in time, and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait another 30 minutes, which was disappointing since we were not early. After settling in, the lights went out about an hour later, and the room phone didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk. The only solution was switching rooms, with no compensation for the delay or inconvenience. Disappointing for a brand-new hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place with a complimentary drink bar and good breakfast options. I’d consider giving it another try."

"Overall it was a great stay! The office staff was amazing. The only thing that ruined the vacation was the day of check out the housekeeping/cleaners were already knocking at the room at 9:20AM and unlocked the door and was about to come in until I stopped her. She goes “oh yall are still here?” I said well yes check is till 10AM and I have not even turn the key into the office. That was so unorganized and not safe. Besides that issue towards the end everything else was great!"

"The hotel and staff were nice! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and free breakfast. There were lots of activities to do near by and our family enjoyed our stay. "

"Breakfast could be better, the overall cleanliness is okay. The lady wiping the prints on the elevator doors only wipes the bottom. "
