"Lovely, well equipped, cosy little apartment ideally located for activities on Loch Ness and beautiful walks in a variety of terrain and easy reach of Fort Augustus and Inverness, some right from the doorstep. "Lovely hotel approx 10/15 mins from middle of Inverness. Staff were great, very polite, friendly and professional. Dinner in the bar was good, value for the money paid and didn’t need a dessert afterwards as full. Breakfast was good but maybe (if had to be critical) the Scottish breakfast could have been a bit more than 1 of each item - but maybe that is because I like a good Scottish breakfast 😆. Overall deffo a hotel I will be staying at again when next in the area"

"A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, unfortunately the level of service was poor, we stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced despite leaving the sign on the door, seemed to be a lack of management leadership, staff didn't seem to know what they were supposed to be doing, no urgency even when no food at breakfast."

"The room was spacious and very nice, the bed was comfortable and we loved the coffee and tea station. We ate at the restaurant several times and they were always understaffed. The staff that were there were working very hard, but there were just too few. We waited at the hostess station for over 10 minutes before someone was able to seat us, then it took forever to order and get our food. The quality of the food was very average. But the location of the hotel was perfect for our activities."

"This boutique hotel is as good as it gets - we were greeted by Gabriel the manager who came out with umbrellas to assist us with baggage and to give us a tour of this wonderful hotel. It is stylishly furnished and the sitting rooms were a fantastic setting for the cheese platter and wine we enjoyed on the second night. The open fire was welcomed in the Scottish summer. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully cooked and presented. The gardens and views were exemplary and all the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay was wonderful. A massive shout out to husband and wife team Gabriel and Sonya Thankyou for a wonderful 2 nights"

"This is a roadside hotel that is almost a theme park. I loved it. It is getting a little tired in some areas and in our family room the furniture didn't quite entirely fit in the room but it was comfortable, clean, the breakfast was great, and you can get a pretty good view over Loch Ness while you eat it."
