"The rooms are very spacious for european standard. The staff was very nice and waited late for us to arrive. The biggest issue we had was noise and wifi. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the hallway to the people outside and movements from all around. There is no wifi in the rooms themselves only in the lobby. It was a good value if you like noise and dont care for wifi."

"E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cane. E' una struttura adatta per famiglie, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La soluzione scelta comprendeva la mezza pensione....

"This property used to be at a top level. The service, food and cleanliness are still good but not at a 4 star level and certainly not for the price they are wanting. "Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!"

"Our hostess was gracious and ready for us, meeting us outside as we arrived. In her limited English, she was attentive and friendly. The facility has seen better days and needs maintenance. Everything was clean and tidy, but like the light fixtures that needed new bulbs, the place was in need of small repairs. "

"My family is from this amazing area and it was nice to see nothing has chaged since i was last here! As a child, I attended Mass at the basilica of S. Emidio. Still as beautiful now as it was then.....it's just less scary now ;) Staff was amazing! Stefania was SO helpful in our check in and locating the parking! The star was Azzura! She was a sweet as they come and made sure our service was perfect! Truly beautiful people here! "
