We enjoyed our stay. The room was larger than expected, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover the breakfast was included, and substantial! Views from our balcony were incredible too.
Stunning view and great location! We drove into town we didn’t walk because they walk would have been to long to reach downtown but this view from the room and breakfast area was something I’ll never forget! Love the alpine design as well. Very clean and comfortable.
I really loved this hotel! Beautiful location, great staff & very close to all the locations you’d want to hike in Cortina. Oh! Free breakfast is amazing as well!
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and we felt very at home. Thank you very much. The room was clean and very well themed for the location. The property has amazing views, which made it feel excellent to be in the mountains. The property is a little out of town, so it's a short drive or about a 20-minute walk (bus service is available).
Room was good, there is no air conditioning but don’t forget it gets colder at night in the mountains, So AC isn’t really required . Just open your window and you’ll be fine. Parking was tight but we found extra parking in the back. Overall great hotel. Great breakfast, they had eggs and bacon and a coffee machine that will make any kind of coffee you want. If you’re struggling to find a hotel in cortina, just book this one. You’ll be more than satisfied. Was quiet at night, and wifi was fast.
Clean room, modern bathroom, mountain view, fantastic breakfast with excellent coffee. Bed was very squeaky otherwise was comfortable and we had a great sleep. Can hear adjacent rooms and hallway so ear plugs help!
Great place. While the hotel is a bit far from the town center there is a bus stop nearby, which is convenient. There is also a trail nearby to walk to town (nice if it isn’t raining). The breakfast they offer is excellent and convenient.
Just a warning unrelated to this hotel, DON’T GO TO DINNER AT THE HOTEL DES ALPES, which is across the street. While it may seem convenient, we regretted going there. Staff were very strange and off putting and the food was underwhelming and overpriced.
Nice room, small but had everything we needed and we love the renovations they've done. I will say that you can hear everything in the halls or the room next to you, so not necessarily quiet and be mindful as well of your noise level when staying there. But we would definitely stay here again. Great staff and a nice breakfast in the morning.
Good attention from staff, very clean rooms. Breakfast is simple. Convenient parking. Pricey for the what it offers, but I guess this is the issue with the region.
Hotel facilities were good. The price was a bit expensive. Above all, I sent two times email regarding late check-in but I didn't receive any resoponse.
Staff were amazing, very nice people.
Room was nice with an updated bathroom although it got very stuffy as there was no air con and the only block out blinds were outside shutters which meant you couldn’t get air flow through at night. Location was right on the end of town which meant a long walk into town. We had a car but so much construction going on for the Winter Olympics it was crazy to drive anywhere. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

No elevator. you have to carry heavy suit case on the stairs. Uncomfortable bed. Woke up with body ache. Clean room with nice view of the mountains.

The hotel was very basic. The balcony, although it had an incredible view, didn’t have any furniture. We wanted to drink wine in our room and we asked for wine glasses, they didn’t have any. The queen bed was two twin beds put together that were NOT confortable.
But great location and easy parking. Make sure to get the rooms in the back otherwise you will hear the cars passing through the Main Street.
Hi, thank you very much to all the staff, our rooms were cleaned everyday. Being english we had pleanty of cups of teas, we were given big cartens of milk free of charge.
The views were from our room absolutely stunning. Breakfast was tasty and being just outside of the main cortina town was peaceful and convienent.
Nord Hotel is a good option for a short stay in Cortina. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the location was convenient for exploring the area by car, and the breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day. The room was comfortable but felt a bit cramped, with oversized furniture that left little space for luggage. The bathroom was updated, although the shower was quite small, and the mattress was softer than we prefer. Dining options within walking distance are limited, so you’ll likely want to drive into town for dinner. We enjoyed our two-night stay, but for a longer visit, we would probably choose accommodations with a bit more space and easier access to restaurants.
