Visiting from US and we were very impressed with the staff, facility, quality of decode and furnishings. Would certainly be our first choice when we come back.

Property has a good location close to Sitges City Center (20 - 25 min walking) Be aware that the room pictures are misleading. Rooms with ocean view don’t offer a full front view, but rather a distant side view with a front view of the golf course. We raised that concern at the front desk and they told us that we needed to request front sea view ahead of time, yet this information is not available on the property description. Their bikes lack of proper maintenance and most of them have flat tires, are rusty or like in our case, bikes were not on the designated spots. Parking inside is a bit inconvenient, not an easy way in and out. Last but not least, if you would like breakfast, make sure to pay in advance, otherwise you may ended up paying 60 Euros for 1 adult and 2 kids for a buffets full of sweets. Overall, I would not recommend this place, there are better options for less or same price.

Recepción al check in muy amables. Pedí cambio de habitación porque me dieron suite con la zona del dormitorio sin ventana y yo había reservado habitación con vistas al mar. Lo entendieron y me facilitaron el cambio a una suite junior con vistas al mar y al campo de golf la habitación principal. No coincidía con la de la foto que había reservado, sin embargo era cálida y acogedora. La iluminación estaba integrada en la decoración y ayudaba a crear un ambiente sereno y equilibrado. Con terraza amueblada muy sencilla aunque cumplía su función. El baño parecía remodelado, decorado con una iluminación y alicatados cuidados y un plato de ducha espacioso y cómodo con doble alcachofa. El único inconveniente es que se oían el pasillo y las habitaciones contiguas.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ordered our taxi for a 630am trip to the airport the night before with the front desk staff and it was waiting for us bright/early.

Tenía muchas ganas de este hotel, que mal, en el baño vi un animalito, pececillo de agua, el bidé estaba sucio, imaginar, la TV del salón no funcionaba, avise por teléfono y personalmente a recepción , dos veces, nunca hicieron caso y contestaban sin interés y me sentí burlado, nadie se comunicó para saber que era , al menos este detalle los hubiera salvado, yo jorge martinez, estancia del 15 al 17 de marzo, piso o hab 4-30, además en el chek Inn , ya noté cierta desconfianza, no llevo targetas fisicas , solo en el móvil, pero eso como que no servía ( josefina me atendió) están en tiempos pasados , no se han actualizado con la tecnología básica de estos tiempos. Desinfle total, seguro que tiene más cosas que disfrutarle , pero hasta un camarero jugando en un pasillo , piso con un carro de copas el pie de mi amiga acompañante, esto no es nada profesional , se disculpo si claro, pero …..así no dieron ganas de ir al Acua que es el restaurante o el bar no se de donde salió.

Really nice hotel and amazing location in Sitges. The free bike rental was awesome, my family and I loved it. The hotel was great value for money!

Beautifully located hotel with all the needed essentials in the close proximity. Amazing beach and golf course view. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to visit there again.

Family stay with 4x kids
Stayed with my family of 6 for 5 days. 2x separate rooms at both ends of a rather large building wasn't great. 2,5 km to the city center, so the free rental bikes come in handy, if they're working. In-house amenities are OK, but would've preferred the summer to have access to the outdoor pool area. All in, the stay was OK, but I would've booked closer to the city center to have better access to it (since we're not playing golf).

Bathroom with mould, broken dishes, dirty cabinets, the sofa bed is extremely poor comfort, view of the room was OK. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

very terrible - advice for you: never book there
terrible hotel - several times on the room no electricity - as I am for business there I have to work the stove in the kitchen very old and bad the windows - wind is comming in SPA: sauna with too low temperatrure , no towels there the hotel lift - sometimnes it works - sometimes not. I spoke with other business guests - they told me the same

Comfortable apartment with wonderful sea view
We stayed in this apartment in November and had stayed at Sunway Playa Golf and Spa previously. The location is at the end of the seafront and serviced in the daytime by the L2 bus between the hotel and the train station and market. There is a minimarket which is convenient for basics in the basement. The apartment, itself, had a wonderful sea view was spacious, comfortable and clean and the daily housekeeping was carried out to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and there was no external noise. The shower was powerful. The Wi-Fi worked. The facilities for cooking were limited as there were only two rings, the pots and pans were large and it was difficult to fit two items on at the same time. The staff in reception, the Vento bar /restaurant, the breakfast area and housekeeping were all friendly, polite and helpful.

A lovely hotel with lovely views. Clean, well presented and the apartment had everything we needed. Maybe an English TV channel would have been nice(I did scroll through every channel available) but we were not there to watch TV. What was a problem for me were other guests moving wooden chairs & tables around on tiled floors after 10pm and into the early hours of the morning. I was woken up at 02:20am by this and the client playing loud music and then shouting over it. I reported this to the front desk and the music was dealt but they were still noisy until 04:00am. This then repeated at 00:20am the next day without the music, then 05:30am the final day of our stay. I fully realise you can't teach guests etiquette but maybe the hotel could soften the contact points on the chairs and tables?

The hotel is incredible both in location, on the beach, quiet and beautiful. the room we had was a 2 bedroom with kitchen and was perfect for us. the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. the only minus to this hotel is the evening restaurant. We went there 3 times and there was not many other patrons (5 other tables) for a few drinks and tapas and each time the service was worse. I'm not sure the staff really wanted to there and as we eventually had to get our own menus and eventually ask for service. The food itself was good but compared to the other places in Sitges we went this was by far the worse for service. We overlooked that from a overall perspective and would definitely recommend others to the hotel, just not the restaurants unless updates occur.

El wi fi no funciona bien en las habitaciones, el parking se paga aparte, de las 2 hornallas que trae la cocina una no funciona del todo bien, hizo que se corte la luz de la habitacion al prenderla y algunas habitaciones no tienen pared que divida los ambientes (solo un gran armario que separa la habitacion del living). Bien pero no es lo que representa en las fotos. Ademas ambas piscinas tenian el agua muy fria, ninguna es climatizada.

All of the main communal areas of the hotel are model and stylish. We booked a superior double with sea view. The actual room and en-suite was tired and dated in decor, WiFi very patchy even though maintenance tried to fix it. The room was very clean and view from the room was fantastic. The pool area was very pleasant with plenty of sun loungers. The walk into town takes approximately 40 minutes along the beach front. The morning breakfast was fantastic, we also had lunch which again was very tasty. Overall this is a good hotel to visit with friendly staff.
