Hôtel qui a besoin d’un peu d’amour. Nous avons été déçu du ménage fait avant notre arrivé. Il y avait des traces de dentifrice dans le lavabo et une mauvaise odeur. La vu était extraordinaire.

Bien situé mais très vieillot sans aucune animation…juste une petite piscine.. problème pour se garer… mais tossa del mar top au niveau beauté et animation ! Si c’est possible ( pas sur) j’essaierai une autre fois de réserver un logement plus moderne et avec parking…

Habían varias marcas de quemaduras en cortinas y edredones, el lavabajillas estaba en mal estado, pero funcionaba. Se agradecería algún articulo de limpieza en formato monodosis. Apartamento muy amplio con bonitas vistas de Tossa y genial estar a pie de la piscina. No tiene secador de pelo. En general muy limpio.

We strive to provide the service best suited to our guests' expectations. Although hairdryers are not placed in the room these can be requested at reception. Similarly, parking can also be arranged upon request. While our reception is open from 9 am to 5 pm, outside of these hours we have a telephone for emergencies and a person in charge in case our guests have any concerns. Vacaciones con adolescentes
La Villa Romana es una construcción muy vistosa, que está en lo alto del pueblo, con apartamentos provistos con lo necesario. Tiene una piscina con una vista sobre el pueblo y el mar (si escoges está opción). La piscina es pequeña pero agradable. Para gente que le cueste caminar, no es un hotel acorde ya que además de subir la pequeña montaña luego tiene muchas escaleras. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Il residence si trova in una zona un pochino distante rispetto al pieno centro di Tossa (parlo di 5 minuti a piedi) ma gode di una grande tranquillità e di un panorama bellissimo. Io ho apprezzato molto la struttura. L’apparta Era pulito,spazioso,ben tenuto e fornito del necessario. Il mio appartamento era ubicato di fronte la piscina quindi è stato un soggiorno stupendo.la reception è chiusa dalle 13 alle 16 ma se si arriva o si parte in quella fascia oraria sono comunque organizzati per la presa/rilascio delle chiavi. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Unico neo è stato il parcheggio auto che abbiamo dovuto pagare a parte parcheggiando in un parcheggio pubblico

Absolute rubbish, booked an apt with a sea view, got a pool view, no one interested in helping, not recommended and why does Hotels, such a huge company work with such crap places, nothing was like on the pictures, no double bed, small single beds. Awful, don't stay here

Our residence has apartments with double beds and single beds, but not all apartments have the same distribution of beds in the rooms, double beds are subject to availability. Relax and revive by the sea in affordable comfort
Tossa de Mar was an excellent choice for some relaxation and calm between the big cities on our travels. The historical sites were interesting and the natural surroundings beautiful. Villa Roma was very central, but not in the typical high tourist area . The view from our room was amazing, the accommodation clean , comfortable and the staff very helpful. Fortunately they were able to give us an early check in to rest after our all night flight and morning bus ride from the airport. I would nightly recommend this place.

Une nuit suffit.
Cette résidence manque beaucoup d'entretien; le studio a un lit canapé qu'il faut soi-même ouvrir et faire le lit, les draps sont dans la cuisine la couette dans l'armoire. Détail : ils avaient mis le chauffage à notre arrivée mais le lendemain il ne fonctionait pas; nous avons quitté le studio à 8.45 h. Il n'y pas de restaurant ni magasin et le chemin vers la résidence est très étroit. Bon garage fermé.

Positieve ervaring met een paar kanttekeningen
Leuk appartement maar de optie 1 tweepersoons bed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden is gewoon een slaapbank met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. De slaapbank is echter alleen vol te houden voor 1 nacht omdat het bedbodem/matras niet vlak is. De vaatwasser is klein maar is te doen. Je moet zelf vragen om schone handoekken want als je regelmatig van het zwembad gebruik maakt heb je ze wel nodig. Koken op de elektrische kookplaat is niet super als je gas gewend bent maar het lukt wel. Pannen waren iets te groot. Enigszins gehorig appartementencomplex. Zwembad is niet verwarmd en in de maand Mei nog een beetje fris (maar een echte zwemmer vind dit prima) Appartementencomplex is te bereiken met de auto maar lopend is het wel een steil stuk omhoog. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is het aan te raden om iets lager in Tossa de Mar te verblijven.

Impossible de dormir sur ce canapé lit!!! Literie déplorable, usée et inconfortable. Malheureusement dans ce studio, il n'ya que ce canapé lit pour dormir. Matelas défoncé comme dans un hôtel de passe. Ce n'est pas en accord avec tout le reste de l'hôtel. Incompréhensible. Il est indigne de faire dormir des gens dans ce type de lit. Après deux nuits, torticolis pour ma femme et haut du dos bloqué pour moi! Nous ne sommes pourtant pas difficiles... Malgré tout, le service très bien et emplacement très bien. Nous ne reviendrons plus dans ce type de logement.

Assez bien, mais literie à améliorer
Appartement 1 chambre propre, mais trop petit pour 4 adultes. Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable, impossible de dormir correctement pour 2 adultes, pas à la hauteur d’un établissement comme Pierre et Vacances. La salle de bain n’est pas suffisamment équipée, il n’y a pas de meuble de rangement, pas de place pour poser ses affaires de toilette, ce qui n’est pas pratique. Obliger de tout poser par terre :-( Ceci est bien dommage, car globalement la résidence est agréable. La vue mer est un plus, bien appréciable. La résidence est proche du centre et accessible rapidement à pied.

Expected a double bed, got a sofabed. No parking even though hotel information said there would be. No staff at the hotel when we arrived and nobody answered the phone. Would not recommed this hotel to anyone.

Puente de la purísima de descanso
El apartamento ha cumplido nuestras necesidades perfectamente. Nos dieron uno con vistas al mar. Tossa es precioso. La calefacción ha funcionado de maravilla... excepto en el baño. Hay útiles de limpieza de la cocina incluidos. Suerte que llevábamos una sartén pq ya sabemos que acostumbran a ser viejas. El microondas, la nevera, la cocina, todo estupendo. El sofá cama nos costó un poco de montar pero fue muy cómodo dormir en él y, una vez conocido el sistema, fue fácil montar y desmontarlo cada noche. El wifi fatal. Desistimos de usarlo. Nos llamaron unos días antes para informarnos de que la recepción estaría cerrada de 13 a 16, pero que no nos preocupáramos pq tendríamos la llave en una caja fuerte con número. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa al llegar, llamar por teléfono y que nos dijeran que no, que teníamos que esperar hasta las 16 y eran las 14:30!! Insistí mucho y al final la mujer de la limpieza nos prestó sus llaves. Al ir en el puente de la purísima, en diciembre, no pudimos usar la piscina, pero se debe estar bien, aunque es un poco pequeña. La relación calidad/precio es estupenda!!

The property is very pretty and spread out over three buildings. Be aware of the check-in times. We didn't notice and ended up spending some time waiting to get our room. The "double" bed room, is exactly that. Double the beds. Two single beds instead of one double size. But we made it work. It's maybe a 10 minute walk to the old part of of town. And you could hit the bus station with a stone. Very convenient access.

Apartamento de una habitación con dos camas individuales y un sofá cama, cocina y baño. Reformado y con mobiliario funcional aunque hay algunos puntos a mejorar en el estado del edificio. Por desgracia nos tocó vistas a un muro así que aunque teníamos terracita no le sacamos partido. Ranta ja keskusta kävelymatkan päässä. Hienot näkymät, ei liikenteen melua, äänieristyksessä parantamisen varaa, huoneisto mukavan väljä ja uima-allas hyvin käytettävissä, ikä näkyy jonkin verran hotellin rakenteissa, positiivinen kokemus.

Disappointing for Pierre & Vacances
Beautiful location but difficult to find; It was not at all clear where to park before checking in. The check-in was quick and efficient and we got the apartment with a sea-view as requested earlier by telephone (50 €uros extra). Private parking place conveniently located in front of the building (45 €uros extra). Access to the balcony from both the living area and the bedroom and the shower had a window. The bedroom and the shower room were bright and spacious, but the kitchen diner/living area was very cramped; it was too small for the huge foldaway sofabed and the rest of the furniture. We were only two people. The elevated panoramic seaview of the whole of Tossa de Mar from the balcony was exceptional. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the apartment was non-existant, we could hear footsteps from the apartment above resonating through the ceiling and the moving of dining table and chairs at meal times. On more than one occasion, this was during the night and the noise was enough to seriously disturb our sleep.

Basic s/c accommodation close to town & beach
S/c appt was very clean but there was not enough equipment if you had wanted to cook there. Great proximity to old town/castle/beach.

Awsome views of a great location.
Great location up on hill as we had amazing views of old town and surrounding area with nice size balcony. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a litle dated and can use some TLC. The walk up the hill to the hotel helped burn a few calories.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio, cómodo, tranquilo, con un personal muy amable. Es ideal para descansar y cambiar la rutina. Hemos pasado unos días magníficos y muy tranquilos.

Härlig balkong med bra utsikt. Bäddsoffan väldigt dåligt skick. Annars rent och snyggt och köket fullt fungerande. Dock var diskmaskinen kass höll på länge men tvättade inte rent. Bra dusch o badrum. Lite liten pool i vår smak men närheten till havet o staden kompenserade. Älskade Tossa som ort.

Отель действительно хорош, если вам достанется номер с видом на море и город. Приехав, нам дали номер на 0 этаже с террасой на заднем дворе. Были муравьи в номере. Попросили поменять, но не было свободных номеров. Викачестве компенсации дали бесплатно паркинг. Поменяли через 2 дня, на 2-х этажный номер на 2 этаже. Потрясающий номер, на 2 этаже спальня с балконом и лежаками, где можно загорать в уединении. На 1 гостиная с кухней и балконом со столом, откуда просто потрясающий вид на город.
