“the hotel had problems with hot water, there was no hot water available. when we notified the hotel service staff they made us wait two hours before letting us know the hot water was unavailable and that we needed to wait until the following morning to get hot water. we ended up leaving the hotel at 1am looking for a different hotel to stay in. when we were leaving they didn't even offer to help look for a different place or anything. the fact that they didnt even apologize for this incident was...

“This hotel is amazing. We started there for 3 nights and visited many places in Rio such as Cristo Redentor and Pão de Açúcar. The hotel helped us to get a taxi who helped us to go around Rio, and visited all the tourist places. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! Everything that you could imagine, including, fresh juices, fruits, cakes, breads, eggs, vaccines, yogurt and many more. I will definitely stay here again!!”
