Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night. I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this property again. "
