"Our stay at La Certosa di Pontignano was a truly memorable experience. The rooms were comfortable, the grounds beautifully maintained, and the staff welcoming and attentive. While we did encounter a small issue during our stay, it was addressed promptly and resolved to our complete satisfaction, which we greatly appreciated. The overall experience far outweighed this minor hiccup. The historical significance of the location adds a special depth to the visit—walking through centuries-old cloisters and gardens while enjoying the beauty of Tuscany is something we won’t forget. "We loved our stay. The hotel had really nice breakfasts included and the pool was fantastic after a hot day walking around the old city. We had a standard room and we were expecting it to be small. It was very small - it was difficult to find space for our cases and the shower was so small that it was hard to use it without banging your elbows. The room did include a nice outdoor balcony which made up for the super small room. The hotel was an easy walk into the old city."
