Best hotel experience, among a few in Cotai Macau. Font Desk Manager and Customer Service personnel provided top-notch assistances to our arrival pick-up and late check-in. Would definitely stay again!

If you have kids and celebrating their birthday, Okura Macau will prepare the room with kid tent in the room and provide fruit basket, birthday cake and a birthday box full of sweets and biscuits for the birthday boy/ girl. At Level 6 of Okura, your kids can also enjoy 2 Galaxykiz activities per day. As Okura is a Expedia VIP access hotel, you will also enjoy free Limo to and fro the airport.

Luggage misplaced

Left 4 of our luggage for storage on day of check-out. Upon our return, we only received 3. We realized it later on the bus and almost missed our ferry. Only "good thing" was that staff came to send it to us at the terminal. Very bad experience so far as there hasn't been any communication from the hotel
