"Very friendly staff; my only comment is that it would have been nice to check in at 1:30 PM instead of 3:30 PM since the room was available; we had just flown in from the US and jet lag was awful........"

"I loved it. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. Glorious spa and 2 free activities. Indoor and outdoor pools. Overlooking the beach. Short walk to town centre. Some say it needs an external paint job and it does. But that did not spoil my visit. "

"This hotel is very good indeed. The roof top restaurant has amazing views over the town and the sea. The evening menu is great and the all you can eat cooked and continental breakfast is outstanding. The rooftop pool is also a plus. Within a short walk from the restaurants at Biarritz and 5 to 10 minutes from the beaches we had a perfect stay. "
