"A very nice accommodation in the centre of Arcachon. The room was very clean and spacious with a kitchen and lounge area. Nice towels. Breakfast was delicious in a lovely bright Breakfast Room. Staff were friendly . We didn't know about the Roof Terrace until the end of our stay . Better communication at check-in or a full leaflet would help. We didn't know how often to expect the cleaner as our bins got very full and we needed to buy toilet tissues. We didn't know about this so a bit more practical communication in leaflet form would help. The Air Conditioning could have been better in this heat. The door to our balcony had a broken lock and the other window didn't close properly either. It needs better checks and repairs Otherwise a quiet stay in a central area."

"The room was very clean. However, the patio was not clean. The staff when we check in was wonderful. Parking was very easy. The location was very easy to access to shops, groceries, etc. The view to the lake is beautiful . Highly recommend to this place."
