“Great stopover before early morning Eurotunnel. Gilles was a perfect host with excellent communication, wonderful breakfast with lovely apple juice made from the apples grown in the wonderful gardens. Comfy bed, nice shower with a kettle on the room, all you need for an overnight stop. The house and gardens were stunning.”

“Everything was perfect! David was a very welcoming host, even though we arrived after 9pm. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spacious and very clean with bottled water and amenities. David laid on the nicest breakfast of warm croissants, warm bread, cheeses, jams, yoghurt and honey, and also supplied is plenty of milk and cocoa for hot chocolate. The cats and dogs at the property are adorable and all in all, it was a very relaxed overnight stay. Merci, David et Cecile.”

“Les hôtes sont d'une exceptionnelle courtoisie! Ils nous ont fait des recommandations touristiques qui ont changé nos plans pour le mieux! De plus, leur petit déjeuner personnalisé est varié, copieux, et vraiment, vraiment délicieux. Mention spéciale pour les fruits qui étaient parfaits et le jus d'orange fraichement pressé qui est simplement le meilleur que nous avons pu boire. Et je n'arrive toujours pas à comprendre comment ils peuvent faire un café aussi savoureux mais j'adorerais connaître...
