"We had a great experience at Springhill Suites. I was traveling with family and had reserved 2 rooms. We were going to be on different floors, which wasn't ideal for us since we had a little one with us. The gentleman that checked us in was able to make an adjustment so we were on the same floor. Very much appreciated. The place was very clean, dedpite being full. We were there 2 nights & I was pleasantly surprised to find our room was cleaned & fresh towels when we returned in the evening. I didn't eat the breakfast (I was looking for a muffin) but other members did & liked it. The only negative is the 1st morning, it took several minutes to get hot water for my shower, but was not an issue the 2nd morning. I would definitely stay there again & would expect other Springhill Suites to be just as nice & providing a great experience."
