"The staff is excellent—friendly, affable, and always willing to find solutions to any issues that arise. The rooms are impeccable, comfortable, and soundproof; they also block out light effectively. The kitchen is superb—clean and equipped with utensils, allowing guests to cook their own meals if they so desire. The beds offer Grade-A comfort and cleanliness, although the sofa bed could use an extra throw blanket to enhance its comfort, as well as a thicker sheet to provide adequate warmth against the cold. The air vents require cleaning; the slats show black traces of grime resulting from the dust circulating through the air conditioning ducts. They need to improve their room reservation service. I paid in advance for the suite I had booked, yet upon arriving at the front desk, I discovered it had been rented out to other guests. This caused me significant distress, as it resulted in my elderly parents and young children being split up—preventing me from being able to monitor their health or attend to any other needs that might have arisen. Despite the uncomfortable atmosphere caused by the ongoing renovations in the lobby, they maintained high standards of hygiene and cleanliness—standards that align well with the price point, and which I hope they will continue to uphold in the future. Excellent location. I recommend staying here, and I promise to use your services again. Plus point: the staff also provides assistance in Spanish."

"This was an okay place for the money - comfortable bed. Breakfast was a joke. Had to move from the first room because tv didn’t work. Second room was better but when I went to take a shower in the morning there were no bath towels! "

"The first room I was given smelled terribly of tobacco smoke and fake perfume to cover it up. Instant asthma nightmare. I actually asked for another room - I've never done that before. I know I booked a Motel 6 - I knew I was getting a budget experience, I was just looking for somewhere clean and safe to sleep. The person who helped us did not make me feel like I was asking for too much, they were kind and accommodating. The next room also had a heavy perfume smell, but not a tobacco smell, so we stayed there. Again, I was just looking for clean and safe. Well, once we were in, we realized that the bathroom door was completely off one hinge, and the main door had clearly been beaten through at least once or twice in the past. The shower was so nasty that we both decided skip showering. Honestly, the grossest shower I've seen since summer camp. Way less important things... the room next to us had a dog that would not stop barking, and the fridge/freezer was so frosted over that there was no space for what we reserved the fridge for."
