"Good location for the parks. Hotel very busy, rooms not ready until after 4pm. Had to request water each day as not automatically replenished (why not?) and also had to request robes for the swimming pool, expected them to be in the room. Struggled with the shower temperature (scalding hot or cold), not a powerful shower. Crazy expensive and didn’t even include breakfast. But worth being on site. Skyline bar is fab."

"I loved everything about this hotel. The moment I pulled in I loved the castle like look. This is the perfect place for families with kids. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was small issues with the room on the second night, and it was fixed right away. I was even offered a different room while the service provider worked on mine, Overall, the hotel was a 10/10."

"We arrived around 11pm and checked straight in. Staff were pleasant. Didn’t have breakfast and didn’t see any characters whilst we stayed which is a shame. I really think they should be walking around frequently. Room was clean and kids enjoyed it but no fridge. We took an Eskimo anyway as we had driven and there were ice machines around which were free which was great. Used the bar once after the park and had a few drinks and pizzas. Pizzas could definitely be better, not hard to make a bad pizza but there were so cheesy it wasn’t great. It took us about 10 minutes to walk via the lake into the park where security was super quick. We did walk via the road the first few days and that was also quick but long security q’s as people were coming off the trains and buses. I really wouldn’t bother with the bus although they are frequent. If driving they have a huge free car park too. We took loads of snacks and ate from the food carts in the park. There is a pret in the station if you enter that way too and found a fast food/sandwich/salad/wraps pizza/ restaurant in Disney village which wasn’t too bad if you wanted to get some food to go."

"Excellent location, nice walk round the lake to Disneyland Parks. Comfortable beds in good sized room. Dinner and breakfast buffets had good food selections and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend 👌"

"A Disney stay so out early and back late. Excellent check in and all staff very helpful and friendly during out 3 day visit. Rooms I feel are a little tired but housekeeping is very good and very clean. Had dinner first night, all you can eat buffet and food was tasty, varied and plentiful. Didn't have breakfast bu made good use of onsite Starbucks for early morning coffee. Excellent shuttle service to and from the park and also used the Disney Shuttle from the airport to the hotel and return. Greta stay and great staff"
