“Avoid this place at all costs. We paid around $2,500 for one night, expecting a relaxing family holiday, but it turned into a nightmare.
Our booking was for 12 guests (5 men, 5 women, and 2 children aged 2 and 5). At around 11 PM, the operator falsely accused us of sneaking in an extra person and threatened to throw us all out. We were over 6 hours from home, with young children and no accommodation available nearby. The women and kids were terrified.
