Crandon Beach Tours

The room was clean although the carpet was very old and heavily stained. There was no microwave so we had to go down to the office to use the one and only microwave. Bed was comfy but had to ask for more pillows as only 1 each was provided. Bathroom door didn't close properly, so was unable to lock it. The fridge froze all our soda so before we could drink any we had to thaw them out. No drawers for clothes, only a rail and very few hangers. Parking was good as it's all around the building. It was fine for what we needed as we were going to see a specialist dr nearby. Wouldn't come back for a vacay tho.

I was double charged by the hotel and there has been no response from the hotel. Very unprofessional staff Many problems it’s seems I have been staying at the property since Canyon Ranch days and it has changed Still waiting for a response regarding being double charged 2 weeks now
