The hotel staff were kind and accommodating! The hotel decor was questionable. The elevator (lift) was tiny, the halls are very dark and narrow! The room was clean, however there were several dead bugs (bees) on the window sill. We did not eat there so I can comment on the food! Transportation to and from the airport is 5 GBP per person each way! Bus was close to schedule but rarely on time. I think that the next time we visit London we’ll stay in London instead of Gatwick.

The hotel corridor was very dark, the room was dark, couldnt see to put key card in. Lighting in the room was bad. No light over unit where tea and coffee facilities were. Had to use my phone to see some light switches.

Great facilities for a one night stop prior to a flight out of Gatwick. Easy shuttle bus from the hotel to both terminals. The restaurant was a little pricey and there was quite a wait for food to come out but besides that we had a great stay.

The staff was awesome! We got into Gatwick Airport at 10:00. Usually check in is not until 15:00; however, the front desk staff was able to get us into a room so we could shower and get ready for the rest of our day.

The lobby of the hotel was fine. When we walked into our room it smelled musty, we turned on the AC in hopes it would help but the AC kept turning off every couple hours (i woke twice in the night to turn it back on). The pillows were very very thin. The tv connection was poor and kept freezing every couple mins. We were woken at 4 am to the alarm of the hotel and there was no apology or any explanation in the morning until we asked. There’s a shuttle to and from the airport that’s 5 pounds a person.

Terrible service and food at the restaurant was awful. Pizza base wasn't cooked and the Thai green curry chicken was like rubber. When I forked the chicken it bounced onto the floor. For 15 mins the staff stepped over the chicken and sauce on the floor. I asked them if I should clean the floor and the looked at me blankly. So I cleaned it up myself...It felt like the staff had never seen a guest before. To make things worse you have have to pay extra to park at the hotel...

Lovely respite after the horrendous Raddison Blu in Heathrow. The airconditioner worked, the walls and carpet were clean and the staff friendly. No room service but not hugely problematic for us.

Small room, and the air conditioning automatically shuts off in the middle of the night. The airport shuttle can’t reserved and comes every 40 minutes. Breakfast doesn’t start until 630am. The hotel lobby areas are well designed. It’s a hotel near an airport, so it’s convenient.
