“Great place to break the journey to cornwall”

“I had a wonderful one night stay at the Coach Inn while passing through. The facilities at the inn are great and I would thoroughly recommend it. One comment for consideration the bedroom window was screwed shut in my room no 9, the room gets full sun making it hot with no air so it would be a major benefit to be able to open it for some fresh air, my suggestion would be to fit some stops instead of it being screwed shut so it could open say 8" or so. “Small room but well appointed. Very spacious and modern bathroom. Just down the hill from the high street, making the hotel quiet but well located. Beautiful pub below with great outdoor and indoor spaces. ”

“Check in was very slow rang bell stood for 10 minutes with no answer, commenced check in, moved car to hotel side of building and then started process all over again Booking direct they offer better discounts as per card in room, tried via Green King app without success Could have stayed elsewhere with better views and breakfast included Choosing a place to stay, I will go past this one every time”

The location is perfect, and the staff made the experience feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and highly recommend it. 5/5 on all fronts.”

“The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing.”
