โThe room decor was seriously zen and modern. The flooring is amazing everywhere and the front desk staff are sharp and helpful. Valet gets a huge shout out for how available and ready they were when we needed our vehicle! We never had to wait!โ
โWhen we arrived our room was not quite ready. That was ok the staff right away gave us free parking & offered us a water while we waited. They recognized it quickly and took care of us quickly. Really nice place to stay. The room was really good. I am a family of 5 so sometimes a little crowded.โ
โEvery thing was perfect. The only slightly negative was when we were checking in we asked where The Empire Room was and the front office person said he had never heard of it. When we decided to go check out the surrounding area it was right next door.โ
โLove that you have to use your card to get in and out. Extra security. Room was clean and comfortable. Check out staff was friendly,vibrant and professional. Overall a wonderful experience.โ

โThis hotel was a big surprise. Our room for a family of 8 was huge. There was plenty of room for all of us to have a sleeping space. The kitchen and dining table were great for feeding toddlers. โ
