Our daughter’s wedding was held at the venue right next to the Element hotel. The convenience of the location to the venue was great! The availability of rooms, the type of rooms, the lack of controlling your room temperature, the fact that our rooms did not get cleaned or fresh towels offered daily, and the inconvenience of the parking garage bar code scanner were my least favorite parts of my stay here. After all, our friends and family brought business to this hotel for the wedding and not once did the staff show any gratitude.

This is a really wonderful hotel. It was great having covered parking because it was so cold in Omaha during our stay. The room was clean and large, the bed was comfortable and the place was really quiet. It was like an oasis for us after a long drive in bad conditions. Thanks!

Breakfast was amazing! It’s like homemade food, not the frozen pancakes and powdered eggs like most hotel buffet breakfast. Key cards weren’t working so the poor front desk staff had to escort people to their rooms anytime they needed in. It was faced by morning though and they were very nice about it. Would definitely stay here again.
