She got us a great room right away and was extremely kind. It would’ve been such a stressful situation had it not been for the amazing hospitality from the Citadine staff. "Room had such an odd and strong smell. Maybe moldy. Ceiling and grout of shower was very dirty. Shower was annoying to use kept pointing outside of the area. There’s a small homeless encampment in the courtyard by the entrance as well. They had a security guard in the lobby at night at least. Staff however was nice and helpful."
