"The room was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was ample space in the room for our things. Our room had an AC, refrigerator, TV and DVD player (about 100 DVD movies are available in the lobby) and each upper floor room has access to a large, shared balcony with chairs and a swing (and ashtrays). They have a rigorously enforced no smoking policy. The front desk has gratis coffee and snacks starting @6am. The staff was friendly and efficient. My only issue was the sound of semis on the highway all night; there is a semi gas and parking stop directly across the street from the lodge. However, we just turned on the AC unit and that drowned out the noise. Bonus - a really convenient and quaint breakfast/lunch restaurant directly across the street (KJ's) that has friendly staff and large portion breakfasts - get the bacon and pancakes!!! Two gas stations are in Chemult but not much else. The lodge is less than 30 mins from Crater Lake Park entrance. We had a nice stay and would definitely stay there again."
