“Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig, verlebt,”

“Beautiful property and breathtaking views, but the overall service was disappointing and not what I would expect given the rate we paid per night. 1) Basic amenities were repeatedly missing. Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. One evening at 10pm, there was still no body wash for three guests. 2) Wi-Fi did not work. We were given 2–3...

“Camera senza aria condizionata, senza frigo e doccia non bene funzionante. Basterebbe poco per fare stare bene gli ospiti. Personale cortese.”

“Appartamento grande con tutti i servizi e comodità disponibili, colazione molto buona e cena strepitosa con menù del giorno. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene! Agriturismo straconsigliato da andarci almeno una volta.”

“We stayed here for three nights and had an incredible experience. The room was clean, offered a beautiful view, and had reliable Wi-Fi. The location is perfect for exploring, only an hour's drive to Montalcino and incredibly close to several fantastic wineries. The restaurant itself is absolutely fantastic: The panoramic views are amazing, the food is to die for (home cooking style), and the wine selection is excellent. Laura, her husband, and their son, Leonardo, are wonderful, welcoming...

“It was a very pleasant stay, a warm welcome. A beautiful location surrounded by nature.”

“The Casa Del Chiodo was the perfect Tuscan B&B experience for us. From the moment Marco greeted us to the amazing multiple course evening meal that owner/chef Paola prepared to the breakfast served by Irene, it was the epitome of Italian hospitality. While the evening meal was extra, it was definitely worth it as it showcased local farm grown and hunted/gathered foods (such as mushrooms, venison and roasted chestnuts). Our room was clean, true to historical construction with modern amenities....

“Es war sehr angenehm, super Lage für Bikeausflüge und Gina hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Alles top.”

“룸이 아주 따뜻하고 온수도 잘 나와요 조식은 아주 간단하지만 맛은 좋아요 주위경관이 여유로워요~^^ 치ㅣㅈ아가는길은 좀 멀어요”

“Un endroit charmant, idéal pour une étape et se décontracter dans le jacuzzi”

“Very relaxing spa hotel. If you use all the spa facilities, they are really quite good. But lack of staff assistance and info meant I didn't even discover some of the excellence until leaving. I even enjoyed the foot spa, only once, 4 pools red hot, blue cold. very bland when the taps are not adding jacuzzi effect and the taps only come on at random times. We did not realise the spa shower had interesting features (like warm trickle). I had a Massage from Gaia.... It was 5*...cannot fault! but...

“One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

“Staff was great! Made the stay feel like home”
