The host was always available to everyone, even though they left you to rest and enjoy. The property is tranquil and peaceful, allowing you to relax. “Maison avec beaucoup de charme, hauteur de plafond, super petit déjeuner, accueil et ambiance chaleureux, grands communs ( salons, jardin). Poules en liberté ce qui ajoute au charme A noter : nécessité de prendre la voiture pour aller dans le centre. ”

“The owners were lovely and very welcoming with off road parking provided within the grounds. The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. A particularly nice touch was a selection of chocolates in the bedroom. Would certainly recommend...

“Juste pour les exigeants du silence absolu, la situation du complexe est très proche de la route, on entends les véhicules bruyants roulants si on dort avec la fenêtre ouverte. Cela ne m’a pas gêné pour ma part. Le site est très récent et une jolie décoration de l’ensemble des bâtiments rendent le séjour très agréable. J’y reviendrais ”

“We spent 2 nights here in mid August and had an fantastic stay. My 10yr old Son is a WW2 enthusiast and in his own words "an amazing hotel with some really interesting relics, the room was fantastic and looked like a 1940s bedroom, would definitely stay again". Such a nice place to unwind after a day of sight seeing and the owners put up a great breakfast so youre ready for the next day! Cant wait to return!”

“Our stay was short but magical. Our room was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Our beakfast was ready and waiting for us with warm croisannts, bread and fresh fruit from her own garden! The manor was large enough to cater a full wedding! For an amazing experience in the French countryside i highly recommend this Le Manoir de Magneville. Gina and Eros”
