“Room was not ready at 5p. Suite w 2 bedrooms and i was a single so they only cleaned one room, give me one towel and no tiolet paper. They pre-arranged taxi for 6a pickup. No show so they kindly called someone else who came right away. The car didnt appear to be a taxi due to the junk in the car but at least i got to airport”

“Pool area great, wifi great. But only hot water in the shower. No housekeeping (asked for clean shower towels after 6 days of 8 day stay.) Not great amenities in kitchen. No wash cloths, dish cloths. Ocean view would be possible if it wasn’t blocked by parking lot. Issues with plumbing that gurgled spontaneously from both sinks.
