"Amazing stay, staff were so friendly!"

"Staff, food, and room were amazing. We had the half board option and dinner was varied, plentiful, and delicious. The staff at the hotel are so nice and helpful! The location was a half hour or less by car from all of the hikes we wanted to do. There is a bus stop across the street. The only downsides were that the doorway to the room is low enough that my 6’4” husband kept bumping his head on it, the hot tub was only warm (this is a very minor thing as it’s called a hot tub on the web site), and the bikes need maintenance. We borrowed the regular mountain bikes the first day there and the rear derailleur did not work on mine. Overall, my husband and I loved the place and would definitely stay there again."

"I asked in advance if I could have a room with afternoon sun as there hotel doesn’t have many south facing rooms and was given one which was great but balcony looked over a private residence yard which was fine as you didn’t see them much. Lovely staff , great breakfast and comfy beds. Fridge didn’t work it was like an oven and no kettle in the room but I filled my flask with hot water daily. Didn’t use the spa but had a look and it looked nice you have to book a slot at certain times to use it. Great pizza restaurant over the road , take away available as well over the road if you don’t want to go out or use the hotel. Supermarket next door for your convenience. Great location to visit local area."

"Literally a dream come true. The fog rolling thru the mountains, while sitting in the sauna, or sipping a cappuccino, was unreal. The breakfast in our room every morning was a delight! The room itself was spacious and comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a long week in Milan. The owners were super helpful with travel coffees and breakfast boxes to take on our hikes."

"Excellent place to stay - location was so scenic and this hotel had all the amenities like gym sauna whirlpool. There is a restaurant at the property with a beautiful view of the lake. The city of marabbe is also a few min drive, and there are so many restaurants in there. Pragser wildsee/lake braies was 1 hour drive and pordoi pass is also accessible within an hour. Perfect location and I would highly recommend!"

"Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The property is architecturally classic with thoroughly modern updates inside. The location high on the side of a valley was peaceful, beautiful, and highly becoming of the “Forest Bath” name. I highly recommend booking the half board option which includes both breakfast and dinner. The meal services were delicious and the staff was highly attentive. Monguelfo situated us perfectly for taking advantage of numerous sites and activities in the Dolomites. Our room was large and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying at My Bad Waldbrunn Hotel."
