If you had booked for 4 guests, the correct price would have shown on your booking and you would not have been charged anything extra. The 2 extra guests are an additional charge of 30 per person per night which we asked you to pay. Hi Olivia, we are sorry you experienced an inconvenience with car parking. Unfortunately we have found numbering car parks only creates more issues as people invariably park in the wrong spot. We do have more parks than units so it is unusual for it to be a problem. If you had let us know, we could have put "reserved" sign outside your unit. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
