We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying even just one night. After such a long drive, we were hoping to rest and relax, but this experience felt more like a punishment than a break. Management should focus more on staff training and maintaining proper cleanliness standards to ensure guests feel comfortable and respected."
