“The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have parking available on site at no additional charge.”

We were shown to our room where she had prepared comprehensive details of useful information about places to go, eating places etc. Lovely en-suite shower and extremely comfortable bed. “We’ve just enjoyed a four night stay in Bristol heavily focused on shows at the Hippodrome. The flat was situated perfectly for easy walking to the venue, across to Cabot Circus and Broad Mead and also for exploring on foot further afield. The accommodation was extremely well furnished and decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the secure parking was excellent. Communications with the company were spot on, their instructions were easy to follow and slight...

“A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"체크인하고 냉장실에 있는 물을 마시려고했는데, 물병이 새것이 아님을 이미 알고있었지만(5성급이 아니니까), 물병이 이미 너무 더러웠음. 5성급 서비스를 원하는것은 아니지만, 그래도 기본적인 위생도 지켜지지않는게 충격이었음. 물병 뚜껑 안쪽에 온갖 이물질이 끼어있었음. 바쓰 도시는 매우아름다운데, 다시온다면 머물지 않을것임"
