“Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, the accommodation (2 bed villa with sofa bed) was spacious and clean with plenty of storage. We enjoyed using the pool and games room - great sunset views from here! - and also had a couple of nice meals in the restaurant. “Very helpful at reception. Nice and easy for walking in to town, railway station or stadium. Parking was off site but felt secure. Yes will stay again and probably with in the next month or so but taking more rooms as with larger family. ”

The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. “This is our second stay at Sprowston Manor. Overall, we really enjoyed it. However, we booked dinner in the bar on our first night, rather than the restaurant so we could bring our dog. This was booked in advance, for our whole party. When we arrived, we were given a tiny table to sit at, which wouldn’t have fitted all our plates (when we stated previously, they had regular sized tables in the bar and so this wasn’t an issue).
