Wonderful place to stay

Very friendly helpful staff, a lovely large quiet room. The food in the restaurant was wonderful with some delicious specialities at a reasonable price. We will, hopefully, stay again

Great stay, wonderful host

This is a basic accommodation, about 15-20 mins drive from Lake Como. However, the place is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The host (Alex) was very kind, humble and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay.

A gem of a place. Quiet, well situated and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the trattoria was of a high standard and authentic and the wine choice was equally of a very good standard. I would not hesitate to recommend.

A super hotel in a lovely place.

An amazing hotel, we were greeted by friiendly staff. The room was comfortable and very clean. The decor was very interesting, my daughter liked the fish in the lobby. The shower was powerful and very nice. The bed is the most comfortable I have slept on for a long time, my back did not feel stiff. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, the dark bread was very tasty, the coffee was exceptional. We will definitely return and thoroughly recommend to others.

Highly recommend

Everything was absolutely amazing. First of all, we had such a lovely greeting from the whole family, even though we arrived late at night and it was their day off from working at the restaurant. Immediately we felt at home with Carlito. He treated us like a friend. The room and bathroom were spotless and beautiful. After such extreme heat this summer, it was so relieving to have air conditioning. It worked so well, I felt like I was in an expensive 5-star hotel in the USA. I was actually cold at one point for the first time in a week. The atmosphere was quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Only thing I wish I had done differently is stayed longer and ate dinner at their restaurant!

Quiet place and tiny village, far from noise and confusion but in a strategic position to easily route to the lake. Restaurant's food excellent with Emilian specialities. Easy to find a free park around, if the designed spot is busy. Wifi is good and the breakfast easy.

Exceptionally friendly, professional and flexible host waited for our arrival late at night welcoming myself and my young family with a smile and courtesy, providing cold water and lettuce us park our car within the property court yard. Comfortable room and bathroom fully air conditioned. Welcoming at breakfast and helpful with directions and tips to explore the lake Como area. A little jem where my family and will return also to taste the food of the related osteria.

Amazing service!

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and were very sad that it was fully booked and we could not stay one night more. This family hotel is only 15 minutes drive from Como lake and you cn explore ir from all the sides. The service was amazing from the first minute. I was leaded to parking lot and explained how to drive in. We got help with ordering pizzas to our children while we ate at the restaurant downstairs. And there also we met remarkable service and most delicious food! We are sure that we will come back here after some years. Thanks to all the people at Carlitos!
