4/10 Poor

Disappointing stay, nice location but poor execution.
Booked expecting a cabin but arrived to a tent (€150 a night).Location is a 40 minute walk from the actual town of Cuderillo, just bear that in mind when booking
Noise was constant, with no enforcement of quiet hours (people drinking loudly at 2am). Maintenance was poor throughout: peeling paint, broken doors, out of order toilets, and a disconnected ignition cable on our cooker that we had to fix ourselves mid meal. Bathrooms were dirty and unclean, we didn’t see a cleaner in two days, and had to wipe urine off the seat both mornings.
Facilities couldn’t cope with a full site: understaffed reception (one person checking in, queues onto the road), a terrible bar and kitchen, and genuinely the worst coffee I’ve had. Restaurant and main activities were closed Monday and Tuesday. Had to use communal clothes drying area because they don’t like things hung outside the accommodations (items went missing) or dropped onto a dew soaked grass. A dog also charged at me despite a no dogs policy. Furniture (IKEA sofas) was mouldy and worn from commercial use it wasn’t built for.
The setting in Asturias is genuinely beautiful, and it’s fine for a couple of nights. But this is glamping branding at a premium price covering up a site that isn’t maintained to match. Wouldn’t return until these things are sorted out.
