The apartment I stayed in was terrific and a short distance from the main lodge. They allowed my small service dog and it was perfect for us. "The hotel is in an amazing position “on the beach” with a good restaurant / bar and cafeteria both open lunchtime and evening. Our room had a sea view (we chose the first upgrade option) and was very spacious and comfortable. No aircon but we left the window open all night with the sound of the sea helping us sleep! The only downside is that the car park is in front of the hotel rather than behind so spoils the view a little at times but it’s free parking for hotel guests so that’s a bonus!...

On the front, there's some convenient tables and chairs to enjoy the pleasant scenery. Unfortunately, there's one BIG con: the only window in the room is the upper part of the main door (it's a splitted door) with no curtains, which means no privacy at all if you want to keep the window open.
